Names and addressed in all lower case on W2

We have run our W2's using BI Publisher. We have our RD output ,but all of our names and addresses are in lower case. We have the processing options set to use Upper Case.  Is there a way to correct the lower case? We are looking for the workfile to maybe correct it there. Where is the workfile located and what it the name?
