Incorrect Item Cost History Calculation

Hi guys,

We have item : M-CMDS which include in organization that have set not to allowing negative balances. Then, in 13 November 2014, we have found an incorrect transaction that the new quantity in item cost history showed us negative value = -982.50411 (see the picture).

Our questions:

1. We suspected that the sequence in lines must be from line number 2,1,3 not 1,2,3 like in the picture. Because the onhand must can't in less than 0 or negative value.

     How could it be happened?

2. In line number 1(see the picture), New cost is 17030.35. its directly copy from the cost of the transaction and ignore the formula of item cost calculation that must be calculate the 'previous' new quantity (-982.50441).
