Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to Create Upload File Form in Form Builder 10g

Hi guys,

I have to create a form for upload image/picture to database table. But, i don't know how to create the upload function in the form builder 10g.

I need the upload function in form can read file from local folder in computer.

Please help me. Thanks a lot for your answer.
