ORA 1455 error when running the plan

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question

This is on r12.1.3

When we run the plan it gives following error

mrsngs_snp_gross_rqmts failed due to ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype

When I checked metalink, came across following note.  This is the only relevant note I could find on the issue.  However, the issue mentioned in this note does not apply to us.  All sequences are properly synched up.  Despite of that, we have this error!

Any Idea why this error is hapening. Please advise? Above note is not useful for our error.
