E900_TR_8.98.3.0 cache reset failed with error action failed 130T

hi, my user has configured OCM for the PD user to use PY logic except the PD data...after configured, they did a cache reset in work with server in fat client, it ended up with action failed 130T..how is the 130T caused ?

some say no need to do cache reset for the newly configured OCM....but eventually the OCM failed to run the PY logic in PD environment...

One thing for sure is that some point in time , they does run the PY's logic in PD....but most of the time. it failed..

any reason why ?
