Vacancy Creation error with job tittle field

When I try to create new vacancy on "New Vacancy Page" with Job Tittle field , a face an error  "1. Plase enter 'Y' Or 'N' for the Mandatory field. 2. null"
however the page is standard without any customization or additional fi elds.

N.B. :when I create the vacancy without the "Job Tittle"  Field it created successfully .
