SQL AREA STATS and SQL AREA BUILD

Hi,

First timer on the discussion board and was wondering if someone can help/advise.  We have setup StatsPack to run on a number of system recently and noticed that Library Cache Activity is reporting very high miss rates for the SQL AREA STATS and SQL AREA BUILDS, both of which are in the high 90% ratio.

Am I correct in thinking that the SQL is being constantly reloaded? Is this normal?
