Item Update report/Audit history report for Inventory item attribute updates

Hi,

We are on R12.1.3

Is there a report that provides details about the updates done to an inventory item? For example, "Invoice enabled" attribute under Invoicing tab was enabled by XYZ user on 01-Jan-2015, the same attribute was disabled by user PQR on 05-Jan-2015 and so on.....? There have been instances when someone modified an attribute that caused multiple issues down the line, so we want to track such changes.
