Should F4211FSEditLine have Business Function Notes?

Hi,

Should B4200310 F4211FSEditLine have Business Function Notes? I'm not seeing any on our system. It does have Structure Notes, but some of them say to see something else and I can't find the something else.

For example:

PROV Override Price See 2.4 processing.

CSTO Override Cost See 2.4 processing.

There is no section labeled "2.4 processing" in the structure notes, so I thought it must be referring to the Business Function notes. But, there aren't any business function notes.

I tried looking at the business function notes on F4211FSBeginDocument, which does have a section 2.4, but no references to PROV or CSTO.
