adop not working after upgrading EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2

hi all

currently i have upgraded EBS from 12.1.3 to 12.2 , when i'm trying to apply Latest AD and TXK Release Update Packs to Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 1617461.1)

i'm facing issues

when i try to apply adop patch it struck for a long time,this is the first time i i'm trying to apply adop patch after upgrading to 12.2

[oradev@ebsdbdev DEV]$  adop phase=apply patches=18283295,20034256,20075842 hotpatch=yes merge=yes

it struck here , not showing any error or any movement

can someone share any knowledge about this?
