PeopleSoft FIN Expenses
I have couple of clarifications in approval workflow
1. When I enter the transactions in the Expense Report for the employee with two different projects. Like I say, I create expense report with multiple lines, one for the Project A with BU: US001 and another line for the Project B with BU: US001 for the same employee. Ideally I see it should route to the two Project Manager for the approval. Help me out and let me know if it works in the same way here and is this option available out of the box?
2. Scenario: I have an employee who is creating the expense report with dollars amount 5000. And this employee is assigned to Jobcode: J001 in the Employee Job data information. Looking into his Jobcode you pick the Supervisor: X to approve the transaction where as this Supervisor X doesn't have the authority to approve the transaction as the amount that she has is Zero"0". Hence you see the next one in the level and he has the amount as "2000" and this continues until it finds the approver with the amount as "5000". Finally it selects the approver with the
