Patch 17919161 for R12.2.4 upgrade failed

Hello Everyone:

I am in process of upgrading from R12.2.2 to R12.2.4, and applying the upgrade patch 17919161 the patch failed and the following error occurs when running POS_SUPPLIER_SEARCH_INDEX.sql.

My database version is 11.2.0.3,

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-20000: possearchindex.sql(500): ORA-20000: Exception at

POS_SUPPLIER_SEARCH_INDEX_PKG.create_index(1800): ORA-20000: Exception at

POS_SUPPLIER_SEARCH_INDEX_PKG.create_index(1800): ORA-29855: error occurred in

the execution of ODCIINDEXCREATE routine

ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:

DRG-10754: memory size must be between 1024 and 1073741824

ORA-06512: at line 58

I found this note on metalink for the above issue, I am wondering if I can apply this note for 11.2.0.3 database, please confirm.
