Is there any script to issue out all the Asset Numbers previous to upgrading from R11 to R12?

We are in the test phase of the upgrade eAM from R11 to R12

As for the  new version it is mandatory to enable Install Base Trackable flag, we need to issue out of inventory all the Asset Numbers residing in stock and then receive tem back into stores.

Is it there any script to do this instead of manually? (we have thousands of serial numbers across several organizations)
