Unable to Install Required Package glibc-2.3.2-95.3 for Patch 6640838

Hello Support,

Patch 6640838 (OUI 10.1) is failing because it requires glibc-2.3.2-95.3.
We are unable to find this package for Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.3 (Santiago).
Need advise on how to proceed.
Docs 283367.1 and 565374.1 did not help me resolve the issue.
The error while applying patch p6640838_10106_LINUX.zip is shown here:
