A73 Integrations to Cloud solutions

I am looking for any technical updates for A7.3, specifically around real-time, data integrations to other Oracle products as well as A73 capabilities to integrate to Cloud solutions.

If there is limited ability to integrate World with Cloud solutions, what's the recommended upgrade / migration - World latest release or E1? Finally, are there specific World partners that specialize in World integrations to the Cloud?
