WRI$_OPTSTAT_SYNOPSIS

We have incremental DBMS_Stats running on large partitioned tables. All of a sudden its getting hung on  ''DELETE FROM SYS.WRI$_OPTSTAT_SYNOPSIS$ WHERE BO# = :B2 AND INTCOL# = :B1' and so the stats job is not finishing.

DB=Oracle 11.2.0.3

OS" Windows Server 2008R2
