2014 1099 BI Publisher error

Hello All,

We are on 9.0 apps with 9.1.3.1 TR and we are trying to print 1099 "blank form" from BI Publisher.  We keep getting an error which my development team says is related to file size.  How are others using BIP for 1099s???  We have roughly 4100 1099s to print/mail.  We were finally able to print last year with a lot of back and forth from development.  It was somewhat painful for the user.

Really interested in feedback.
