Workflow by Department

G'day,

How can we provision the same workflow for different departments without needing to create multiple roles serving the same function?

For example, instead of just having an Editor role, create the roles IT_Editor, Finance_Editor, etc.

This model will not scale as there are numerous departments and it will require having one workflow per department, making global changes a challenge.

The only solution I can see so far is to make the user always pre-set the participants when initiating the workflow. This creates usability issues.
