Standard behaviour?: Documents with '&' in filename are rejected on checkin

Hi All,

Documents and e-mails which have the character '&' in the filename are rejected on checkin in our WCC-environment.

Is this expected behaviour for the Out of the box-installation for WCC?

(Our WCC-environment has some custom components and I want to rule out the possibility that this behaviour is due to our custom components.)
