How to capture UMS response ?

Hi All,

Our Requirement is to show a pop up to user and then based on the response selected by user in popup process different paths.We implemented same as mentioned in Support Web for UMS and wrote a Custom Business service to Capture Response.But our issue is we are not able to resume workflow even after click/close on applet .The WF remains in Pause.We implemented same configuration as is there for committment breach in "ISS Promotion Disconnect Subprocess".Even the process is same as we are implementing another opo up in it.MY Guess is i am missing something in BS or at
