1099 payments report no data found

Hi All,

Has anyone tried the 1099 Payments report yet for 2014 in R12.1.3?  We're getting a no data found message.  I've checked metalink for causes and we look ok on the data and the single Operating Unit Mode.  The issue appears to be the same with or without the 2014 (2015) patch.  Please let me know if you've seen this and found a fix in your instances.   I do have an SR open for it as well, but wanted to try asking the community.
