Vol Life Coverage (3*Pay) Calculates Based on Old Salary

All:

We have an employee who converted from one assignment to another and as such an increase in compensation. He elected a Benefit Coverage of ‘Vol Life Three Times Pay (3*Pay)’. A review of his Enrollment Results showed that the total coverage is still based on his old salary instead of the new salary. How can I correct this so the coverage can be based on his new salary?
