We are attempting to use the "Generate Access Records for Opportunity" concurrent program to re-assign access records to opportunities after territories have changed.  We have run the "Synchronize Territory Assignment Rules" and the "Assign Territory Access for Total Mode (Report Set)" selecting Yes for the Opportunity portion to process.

What am I missing for it to make the assignments?
