What do we do when a receiver leaves?

PeopleSoft Financials 8.49

A receiver has left and is no longer active, but they still have items waiting to receive against a PO. How do we reassign their items to new receivers. It actually ends up some items go to one receiver PERSONA and other go to PERSONB now.
