Is there a way to change where a search takes you to a different web page in HTML forms?

To be specific,

I applied Oracle Doc ID. 466699.1 (How to configure the R12 Supplier Form so that Only the Contact Directory may be Modified) to Supplier Maintenance responsibility in one of our testing environments.

This leads me to Quick Update and Contact Directory sub tabs where it always goes to Quick Update when I look up any supplier.  Is there any customization available to have the search page lead you to Contact Directory page and hide the Quick Update page?

This is in response to the business wanting to create a custom responsibility where users/employees can only create/update/delete supplier contacts
