Branchout from 2014 1099 Campaign - Q: This Year We are seeing Payer Companies that do not have Bank

Hello, Tanya - Thanks for all of your tips and info.  I have a question about Company info used n 1099 reporting.  In the past, the "payer" was the company associated with the bank account used to pay the supplier.  This year, we are seeing "payer" companies that do not even have bank accounts.  What am I missing?
