How to determine the relationship between profile name & the ldt file which it import from?

Hi, experts

I wanna confirm the method of how to specify profile name & ldt file.

I did upgrade from 11i to 12.1.3.

and I applied RPC2 then applied TSP.

and I found only below profile's JA name becomes in English.

so, I need the opinion how to trouble shoot the issue or the method of specify the profile name & ldt file import from .
