E900 change system user password

hi, below is the steps of changing system user password...

The step 7 is it at P98owsec\FORM\add system user ? system user ID?

The step 8 do i need to run this step ?  change E1 user password?

or EnterpriseOne 8.10 and above:

  1. Stop EnterpriseOne services and JAS Server instances.
  2. Change the database user password (user and login for SQL Server, AS/400 user profile, etc.). Note that some databases treat passwords as case-sensitive (SQL Server 2005, Oracle DB 11g, etc.).
  3. Disable Security Server in the server JDE.INI file.
  4. Disable Security Server in the client JDE.INI file.  Use 1 machine to apply these changes.
