SMS functionality in Oracle CRM

Hi,

We are currently on R12.1.1 of Oracle CRM and planning to upgrade to r12.1.3. We are looking for SMS functionality in CRM so that when a customer's service request is going to worked on, an SMS can be sent to them. Similarly, when it is done, they can be communicated through SMS.

Can you please advise if oracle CRM has SMS functionality? if so, which version has this?
