Sharing a session agent between realms without using a parent realm?

Hi Guys,

I have gone through the documents to find more details of sharing a session agent with multiple realms without using a parent realm. I understand using the parent realm would make more sense but is the  (realm-id *) on the session agent recommended as a means to share it with multiple realms and does this create any limitations or issues?
