E910_TR_9.1.3.4 can i remove these userID ?

Had discovered some empty User ID in P98OWSEC, e.g. APPLEAD, CRPCTL, CRPDTA…… when I housekeeping.
Are these User ID that doesn’t tie with any User or Role safe to be remove?
