Question regarding migration to IP 2014 from IP 2013 with 2 repositories

Dear Siebel community,

Another Open UI challenge:

starting with the release of IP2013, we have been constantly trying to migrate our production environment to Open UI. Due to a lot of issues, service requests, waiting for patchsets, etc. it has never been successfuly so far. Our original plan was to migrate from Active X to Open UI step by step (e.g. switch overy Germany in one week, UK in the next week, etc.) so therefore I had to start maintaining 2 repositories, to keep a working Active X environment as well as a working Open UI environment, because I haven't been able to perform all Open UI
