Serial is in 'Defined but not used' state, not able to transfer

Hi All,

We have a serail (35337), which is in 'Defined but not used' status. We want to move it from one org (A03) to other org (A05), but not able to do it as it is not showing in on hand quantity there. Quantity is coming as 0 there. This item is not showing in A03 MELB-MRB in the system.
