Trouble with Data Load Mapping in FDMEE

Hello Gurus,

I am at the step of creating data load mapping in FDMEE 11.1.2.3. My target application is HFM. When I browse for the Target value as shown in the following screenshot it keeps on loading for almost 5 mins and then I get the Connection error

Can anyone suggest what I could check in order to avoid getting the error.

PS. I have followed the documents provided by Oracle for this error.
