Consolidation Process - was run twice and duplicated Journal entries were posted in the Consolidated

Hi Team

My client is R12.1.3 and uses Releases consolidation process.

My Customer ran twice the consolidation process for the same GL period and posted these journals in Consolidate Ledger.

Now, in the consolidate Ledger, there are duplicate Journal entries and Customer does not agree to perform the reversal of the Batches / Journals and leaves them there, because he want a true copy of the journals from the primary book.

Does anyone have any suggestions to:

1 - Prevent the system to generate duplicate entries. Since the journal of the primary book had already been sent to the consolidated book, the process does not send the same journal again.
