Can we add more 'Item Types' in iProcurement ?

Hi,

Currently in iProcurement, the below list of values are available 'Goods billed by quantity','Goods or Services billed by amount','Services billed by quantity'

Now we wish to add another Item Type 'Exception' in this LOV.

Is that possible without any customisation ?

The reason for it is by making use of this item type Exception,we want to route it through additional approval heirarchy using AME ?

Is this possible ?

Are there any better solutions ?
