which community to post question about masking select data in production oracle ebs?

Can you suggest which community i should post a question to about masking data in production. We want to mask select vendor, invoice and payment data for SELECT invoice batches in Oracle EBS production environment (12.1.3) and i'm looking for ideas on how to do that.
