W2 Print - BI Publisher and Date Printed

When using the R07885 - XJDE0003BI version, the W2 forms are printed.

Once they are printed, how do I update the DATE PRINTED in the W2 workfile so that the records are locked and W2Cs are created if changes are required?

None of the programs that are available have a date printed.
