Functional Currency Rounding Adustment

I am currently analyzing an issue on R12 Tax reports and found several transactions with weird values on the FUNC_CURR_ROUNDING_ADJUSTMENTS (Functional Currency Rounding Adjustment). Has anyone found a similar situation before?
