Project related PO Account Generator Workflows and SLA to generate accounts?

We are on 12.1.3 using Project Costing.  We want to use SLA rules to generate accounts in Project Costing. 

How do we get the accounts to generate in PO and AP forms?  Do we still use the Workflow Account Generator?  If so, can we use SLA rules with the Workflow setup like we could with AutoAccounting?
