Does anyone have issues with Rescheduling process in VCP not retaining the components of a kit with

We are running Rel 12.1.3 with VCP doing rescheduling of orders.   The orders with kits are not properly allocating like SSDs to all the sublines of a kit on orders.

We have tried several VCP patches but still see issues on some of the orders allocating different SSDs on the components of the kits during the Rescheduling process within VCP.

Is this experienced by others and if yes how are you dealing with it?
