Siebel 8.0.0.13 to 8.1.1.14 - Schema Change Documentation

Hi,

We are planning to upgrade our Siebel SIA application from 8.0.0.9 to 8.1.1.14. We are looking for some kind of oracle documentation where it talks about the schema changes that might occur due to this upgrade.

Please let us know if you any documentation readily available, which we can use for our analysis.
