P6 Contractor converting duration and float units to decimal fractions.

I input Durations and Floats in whole numbers Contractor converts these to decimal fractions. The update process uses these fractional numbers and produces distorted results. I need whole number units based on whole number calculations - not fractions or round-ups.

I have tried to find a fix through various user preferences (time units, calendars), but I'm not having any luck. This is a pretty big stumbling block in discussions about measuring delays.

I have seen a similar question/problem posted ( ), with a solution link. However, clicking on the "bug" link gives me a message that the requested bug "could not be displayed".
