I have oracle server 11g (11.2.0.1) installed on a server runs oracle luinx 6 , I have developed oracle application using deveolper6i , this applications runs well for a big number of users, yesterday I noticed that some users tried to connect from the client to the server using sqlplus they got the following error :

message 12519 not found product=rdbms80 facility=ora

I feel that the reason is because of the the increasing in the connected number of users because when certain user logged out , other user can connect but

some times the following error appears.

I searched for the current parameters, I found
