Barcode show error on PDF

I've made a xml report by BI Publisher refer to document(782809.1),the barcode font is 'Code 128'.But in some cases,the barcode show error on PDF after running the xml report.Most time the barcode show correct but some character,for exmaple 'D16006','11429'.

The rtf template and error picture is attached.
