CSDT ModifiedSince Don't Always Work

G'day,

Bug 16669305 says you need to remove the fromSite argument to workaround the bug.

It seems to have been fixed, but modifiedSince does not work with the @ELEMENTCATALOG resource with or without the fromSite argument. I'm on 11.1.1.8.0 patch 6, and I will assume it wouldn't work unless the resource is an asset?
