MBP program failure

in Value Chain Planning - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello All, We are currently facing an issue in production with MBP program failure with the below error message: SQL*Loader-501: Unable to read file (/apps/orarpt/CG1PRD_dc1/CG1PRD/out/data22/mbpoutput/MSLD_SUPPLIES.ctl) SQL*Loader-561: end of file APP-FND-01388: Cannot read value for profile option RPM_CONC_PROCESS_ID in routine &ROUTINE. The same error we are getting for while loading demand as well. Upon checking the metalink we found  a doc id 'Loader Worker With Direct Load Option' Concurrent End With Error (Doc ID 1297279.1) which explains the cause and workaround for the issue. We tried running the MBP program again , it is currently running for Demand but errored out for supplies again . We noticed that the ctl files are getting loaded in to the system during the execution . Can somebody please suggest if following the steps in the doc can resolve this issue and how these ctl files getting loaded in to the system . what is the source? quick response will be appreciated.
