Physical 2 virtual conversion

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question

Hi all,

i have a question regarding the migration of a server that is running on a V240 system with solaris 10U8  to a geust domain on a T5-4.

The V240 is a solaris 10u8 with zfs filesystem.

When i read the ldmp2v script then it will only run when the source system is running on a UFS filesystem but in my case thats not its running zfs as root filesystem.

So script no option.

So i made a zfs snapshot moved that to a zfs filesystem.

Then booted the guestdomain with a Solaris10u8 diskcreated the rpool
