NewRecord not working on Proposal Table Fields Mvg Applet

Hi,

I am trying to create a new proposal of category 'Opportunity Proposal'. I am using section type as Table and trying to select fields for the section from 'Table Fields' on Proposal Section Admin List Applet.

When I click New on 'Proposal Table Fields Mvg Applet', the applet does not allow me to add fields from my selected BC.

I've attached the screenshot of applet after I click on New button of Proposal Table Fields Mvg Applet.

Please let me know if I am missing out on anything for picking fields in Section of my proposal.
