Text Popup available in HI Now not available in siebel 8.1.1.10 Open UI

Hi Experts,

In HI Mode We are able to open Description or comments field or in under Comments tab of Activity with Popup

Where as in Open UI Siebel 8.1.1.10  we don't have Popup feature

since we use Inbound email SR to view Body text of mail
Description field without Popup feature user would be difficult to view the text completely
Is there any work around fix available for this
